  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed.

  • We do not provide refunds for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind after purchase.

    • Failure to achieve desired results with the PC build.

  • If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide proof of delivery.
  • If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may restrict access to future purchases.
